Digital products (toolkits and templates)
Molntek toolkits are digital products sold by Molnsys AB through our payment provider Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), which acts as the merchant of record and handles billing, VAT, and refunds on our behalf.
14-day, no-questions refund
If a toolkit does not fit your organization, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked. To request one, reply to your Paddle receipt email or contact [email protected] with your order reference. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle.
You may keep any documents you have already downloaded.
How refunds are processed
Because Paddle is the merchant of record, refunds and billing enquiries are handled through Paddle. We will authorise any eligible refund promptly on request. VAT collected at checkout is refunded together with the purchase price.
VAT and invoicing
Prices are shown exclusive of VAT. Paddle calculates and applies any VAT due at checkout, applies B2B reverse charge where you provide a valid VAT number, and issues a compliant invoice. VAT questions are handled by Paddle as merchant of record.
Consulting services
This policy covers digital products only. Consulting engagements (assessments, fractional officer retainers, workshops, and similar) are governed by the separate written agreement signed for each engagement, not by this policy.
