Refund Policy

Digital products (toolkits and templates)

Molntek toolkits are digital products sold by Molnsys AB through our payment platform Gumroad (Gumroad, Inc.), which acts as the merchant of record for these sales and handles checkout, VAT, and receipts on our behalf.

14-day, no-questions refund

If a toolkit does not fit your organization, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked. To request one, reply to your Gumroad receipt email or contact [email protected] with your order reference. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

You may keep any documents you have already downloaded.

How refunds are processed

We authorise eligible refunds promptly on request, and Gumroad returns the payment to the card or account you paid with. VAT collected at checkout is refunded together with the purchase price. Billing enquiries can be sent to us at the address above or raised through the Gumroad receipt.

VAT and invoicing

Digital products. Prices are shown exclusive of VAT. As merchant of record, Gumroad calculates and applies any VAT due at checkout, applies B2B reverse charge where you provide a valid VAT number, and issues a receipt you can use for your records.

Services. Services bought on this site are sold by Molnsys AB as merchant of record, through Stripe. Prices exclude VAT; Swedish VAT is added where it applies, and EU businesses outside Sweden are reverse-charged on a valid VAT number. Molnsys AB holds Swedish F-skatt and issues the invoice.

Consulting services

The 14-day refund above covers digital products only.

Services bought directly on this site (currently the AI Security Sprint) may be cancelled for a full refund up to five business days before the agreed start date. Inside five business days, or once work has begun, the fee is non-refundable, because the time is reserved and cannot be resold at short notice. If Molnsys AB cancels for any reason, you receive a full refund. See the Terms for the full conditions.

All other engagements (Reviews, retainers, workshops, and similar) are governed by the separate written agreement signed for each engagement, not by this policy.
