Who we are

These terms govern your use of the website molntek.com, operated by Molnsys AB (org.nr: 559460-8571, VAT: SE559460857101), a Swedish limited company with its registered office in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Services described on this website

This website describes consulting services offered by Molntek, a brand of Molnsys AB. Services include:

  • AI Security Sprint
  • Agentic AI Security Review
  • AI Security Advisory Retainer
  • Agent Security Workshop
  • Implementation Consulting
  • Full Engagement

Except where you complete a purchase as described below, the website is for informational purposes, and browsing it does not create a contractual relationship. Consulting services beyond the AI Security Sprint are provided only under a separate written agreement between you and Molnsys AB.

Purchasing a service

Where a service can be purchased directly on this website (currently the AI Security Sprint), payment is processed by Stripe on behalf of Molnsys AB. Molnsys AB is the merchant of record for these sales: we invoice you, we account for VAT, and the engagement is with us.

By completing a purchase you agree that:

  • Prices are shown exclusive of VAT. Swedish VAT is added at checkout where it applies. Businesses established in another EU member state that supply a valid VAT number are reverse-charged under Article 196 of the VAT Directive. Molnsys AB holds Swedish F-skatt.
  • What you are buying is the scope published on the service page — for the Sprint, two working days on one nominated system, a findings memo, and one follow-up call. Anything outside that scope is agreed separately.
  • Scheduling. After purchase we agree delivery dates by email, normally within ten business days. Delivery depends on your providing the access and briefing described on the service page.
  • Cancellation. You may cancel for a full refund up to five business days before the agreed start date. Inside five business days, or once work has begun, the fee is non-refundable, because the time is reserved and cannot be resold at short notice. If I cancel for any reason, you receive a full refund.
  • The Sprint fee is credited against an Agentic AI Security Review commissioned within six months.
  • Findings and deliverables are provided as professional opinion based on the system as presented. They are not a warranty that a system is secure, and they are not legal advice.
  • The Refund Policy 14-day right applies to digital toolkits, not to booked professional services, which are covered by the cancellation terms above.

Purchases and digital products

Molntek also sells digital products (the “toolkits” — editable templates, checklists, registers and guides). These are sold by Molnsys AB through our payment platform Gumroad (Gumroad, Inc.), which acts as the merchant of record for these sales: Gumroad processes payment, calculates and remits any VAT due, and issues the receipt.

By completing a purchase you agree that:

  • Each purchase grants your organization a non-exclusive licence for unlimited internal use of the documents. Reselling or redistributing them outside your organization is not permitted without a separate licence.
  • The documents are provided “as is” as documentation and implementation support aligned with published regulatory guidance. They are not legal advice.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (14-day, no-questions refund on digital products).
  • Your purchase is also subject to Gumroad’s buyer terms presented at checkout.

Intellectual property

The content on this website — including text, design, layout, and structure — is the intellectual property of Molnsys AB unless otherwise noted. You may view, download, and print pages for your own informational use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the content without prior written consent.

The Molntek name and logo are trademarks of Molnsys AB.
